[주요업무] This position is responsible for regional business operations and account management teams in the areas of operational planning and analysis for overall account business operation activities relative to achieving quarterly, annual goals and objectives. It will support regional business operations director and global account GMs with prudent business analysis for strategic and tactical decision making and will provide timely updates upon all KPIs and analysis associated with areas that account management focus is required. This position will be also responsible for ensuring and monitoring that regional and account based accountability systems and business processes are successfully implemented.  Primary Responsibilities  Set LRK AOP, QXR process and follow up  Track/monitor/improve overall LRK KPIs performance ($/%GM, BLE items & $/%CP)  Prepare Ops/Business review  Follow up Region MBO  Take Multi-product initiatives  Lead operational cross functional activities & conferences  Support account reporting and ad hoc analysis  Provide extensive analysis for business development such as market analysis [자격요건]  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field  MBA from foreign countries preferred  Minimum 15 years experience in Strategy & Planning functions  Semiconductor industry background and experiences preferred  Engineering background in Semiconductor industry b preferred.
