[Job Description] -.Support CFO in all sets of accounts and budgetary planning and F/S reports with variance analysis -.Provide variance analysis of actual vs. budget and forecast on a monthly basis -.Identify added value reporting opportunities for all necessary financial analysis and commentary to assist forecasting and budgeting requirements -.Improve the reporting and planning process and provide management with transparent information to support business decisions -.Prepare reports and financial analysis for various management team meetings -.Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management -.Prepare business plan or other ad-hoc presentation materials in English -.Prepare financial and management reporting.; streamline management reporting -.Prepare ad-hoc operational & sensitivity analysis / evaluation on an ad-hoc basis   [Job Requirement] -.Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with various levels   within the organization and cross-functions in English -.Computer literate and highly proficient in MS applications(Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Experience with SAP and BPC aplus -.Qualified accountant(K-CPA, CFA, AICPA, MBA, Strategic consulting) preferred -.Food service, retail industry experience preferred -.Excellent analytical skills with good understanding of business processes and ability to inperpret complex information -.Self-starter, organized, motivated, ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment -.Ability to be flexible and prioritize tasks as fit. -.Strong business acumen -.Service experience - min. 8 ~ 10 years(과장 / 차장) -.Salary - flexible
