컨설팅 MBA [주요업무] • Undergo interview with all functions to gather information on current processes • Establish a process map for all functions and conduct a detailed process analysis • Establish a project plan to close the identified process gaps • Ensure creation of control documentation: control inventory, process flows, manuals • Drive optimization in process and control structure • Implement measures (e.g. by way of training, campaign, guideline, etc.) to promote the importance of a strong internal control environment • Preparation of local directives (company directives) to reflect specific legal requirements of Porsche Korea • Develop policies and programs that encourages staff to report suspected fraud or impropriety • Definition of training content and concepts (target groups, frequency of training, etc.) • Handling of local Helpdesk enquiries (response and documentation) and presentation of fundamental inquiries to the central Helpdesk • Assessment and identification of (potential) areas of risk (operational, financial reporting and compliance) and individual risks of compliance breaches; [자격요건] • Bachelor or Master degree in Business, law or related • Min. 5 years experience in a multi-national company in Internal Controls / Audit / Compliance / Strategy • Hands-on mentality • Excellent analytical skills • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills • Language skills: fluent in English and Korean 기획직 [주요업무] • Manage Porsche Connect Project in cooperation with headquarters and Porsche Korea internal departments • Develop Porsche Connect product and services and establish best in class applications • Set-up of sales model and new channels and undergo required check of legal and tax requirements, contract development, compensation model, dealer systems, etc. • Track progress of project roll-out plan, keep stakeholders informed and propose measures when needed • Market research and reporting • Customer communication and marketing of Porsche Connect services • Ensure the dealer network is prepared (e.g. support of non-technical dealer trainings) • Ensure set-up of new sales systems for Porsche Connect services (e.g. customer portal, online purchasing) and integration into existing systems [자격요건] • Bachelor’s degree, focus on business administration or IT/telecommunications • 7+ years’ experience in consulting, project management or business development in telecommunication and / or automotive industry • Strong understanding of IT, wireless telecommunications and internet technologies, services and business models • Managerial experience in a project team environment • Excellent English skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Self-motivated and working independently
