Ensures full exposure for company’s current product line. Forecasts prospective sales. Collaborates with current and potential customers to define equipment and process needs, communicates those requirements to appropriate corporate personnel, and negotiates capabilities, schedules, and pricing. Partners in a matrix environment to gain customer trust by addressing current customer concerns and developing road maps for future business. Responsible for managing the relationship between company and the customer, in order to achieve growth in market share, profitability and customer satisfaction.
