[주요업무]
-타이틀:Solution Sales Engineer -Value based Selling + Should have strong belief and confidence in selling on Value over Price. + Should exhibit a sense of pride in being a Premium brand -Market + Should be able to meet with End User customer and be able to understand their Utility pain areas thru walk thru survey/ asking the right question leading to solving utility issues + Should be able to position right solution for right process application with Design house/ Prscess Plant consultants + Should be able to build & retain sustainable business relationship at the Corporates + Should be able to drive & deliver results thru Representative /Agent at end user level. + Should have market information of process plant network within Korea -Technical + Need to have basic understanding of Thermodynamics, heat & mass transfer and Fluid dynamics. + Should have application knowledge of Process Induastries (Food, Pharma, Tyre, Textile, Chemical) -General + Should enjoy extensive travelling on business purpose + Should be ready to work under plant work condition + Should be a believer in Empathising, Educating and empowerring customer. + Should exhibit passion to win + Be fearless to meet with various level of people + Communition - Language + English : 이해 - Excillent, 말하기 - Manageable, 읽기 쓰기 - Excillent -Skill on + Value based solution sales training + Steam Engineering training on Process plant & condensate network + Any dther support needed on above attributes once asked. [자격요건] -4년제 대졸 -나이 경력 무제한(단, 선호경력은 5~10년) -한국스파이렉스사코(SpiraxSaco)출신 경력자를 가장 선호. -그 외 밸브 기업 TLV, ARI, Valves 출신 선호. |
