[주요업무]  Solve the S/W problem or provides preventive maintenance service at the customer site.  Assist and support S/W installation and set up for the new system  Support S/W upgrade  Acting as S/W owner for the assigned equipment including preventive maintenance Etc  Interacting with customers and proactively respond for the customer needs  Etc. [자격요건] S trong customer orientation  Good relationship with customer  Deep knowledge Unix and Windows NT OS  Deep knowledge of Factory Automation and communication protocol such as Analog, Digital, RS232, TCP/IP and LON.  General understanding S/W development procedure  Understanding C, C++ , VB and OOP and reading its code.  Basic technique for Semiconductor equipment H/W trouble shooting.  Understanding for H/W setup procedure Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  Fluent in English (written & verbal)  Full understanding and ability to implement  Business processes  Business ethics & integrity
