[주요업무]
- Define and propose annual budget of products/market under his responsibility in coordination with Sales Director and Business Manager. - Accountable for the sales and marketing activities for the product/market under his/her responsibility. - Develop and Keep close relationship with key accounts where Arkema can conduct business or cooperation Business Development Activities. - Coordinate possible synergies with other sales managers with common customers. - Prospection at customers to identify unmet needs and turn them into projects. - Technical window at the customer for product homologation, trouble shooting or exchange technical information with customer. - Give the right insights for the product range evolution and the benchmarking needs in coordination with the market managers. - Cooperate with the WW Research and Development team of the BU to share detailed customer feedbacks and needs and participate actively to the development of the new products. - Be innovative and propose new market/product development. Participate to tradeshow and give conferences. - Can act as project leader following Arkema methodology such as stage/gate process. REQUIRMENTS - Knowledge : Bachelor/Master Degree in polymer science, engineering or chemistry. - Skill: Fluent in English. Office IT tool. - Know how : Ability for team work. Ability to work in a multi-cultural & multifunction team. Ability for business networking and customer intimacy. Presentation skill in both academic and business settings is essential. Good communication skills with the local team and overseas. Good sales and negotiations skills - Behaviour : Self-motivated, Drive toward results with good market thinking, simplicity. - Experience: 2 to 5 years in thermoplastic/polymer industry as a Sales Engineer/Business Development. * 필수조건: 화학, 화학공학, 폴리머 관련 전공자 Plastic 압축/사출, 불소고분자제품, 그 외 고분자제품 영업 2-5년 경력자 영어 중급이상 가능자 * 면접: 1차(한국인manager) < 2차(외국인 Manager; 면대면 면접 or 전화면접) |
