[주요업무] -Your core responsibility is to both strategically and operationally grow our advertiser portfolio -You acquire and negotiate deals with new advertisers or -Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. -You support event and trade fair preparations and participate in selected events to represent SharePop at industry events locally and abroad -Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals. -You conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities for business growth -You influence decisions through product and sales analysis being a thought leader on all aspects of the business [자격요건] -2-3 years professional experience in Business Development and B2B Sales, preferably in FMCG / IT Industry -Excellent sales and interpersonal skills -Willingness and ability to take full ownership of potential customer needs/requirements, end to end -An exceptionally motivated person, looking to strive at what they do in a dynamic company -Team player as well as ability to work independently -High attention to details -Extremely organised, and capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests simultaneously -Fluent in English -Bachelor degree in Business or marketing-related. -Professionalism based on actionable metrics and strong work ethics
