Job Description
Recruitment • Recruit and select both retail and office employees that reflect the culture and values • Provide a thorough internal recruitment service which utilises a variety of methodologies and sources • Recognise vacancies and create new job descriptions where required • Actively network and identify potential candidates to maintain a candidate pool • Respond in a timely and professional manner to applicants • Draft and negotiate job offers according to company guidelines Policies and Processes • Ensure all HR processes, and policies are efficiently and effectively implemented (including employment contracts, data collection and maintenance, induction, and exits) • Ensure HR policies are adhered to by all employees • Keep up-to-date with relevant Korean employment legislation Performance Management • Partner with Retail Manager/Retail Business Managers to manage conduct performance appraisal • Support line managers with conducting appraisal feedback Operation • Process payroll for Korea • Update the Employee Manual, as needed, and create Aesop policy and procedure for Korea office • Ensure that employee contact information is shared and that birthdays are acknowledged Reporting • Contribute to monthly Board Reports within the Korea team Job Requirements - Above Bachelor's degree - Experience retail industry is a must(experience with retail sales staff is required) - Minimum 8 years of working experience - Strong verbal and written communication (direct report to HK) |
