[주요업무] This candidate will be responsible for performing professional engineering research and evaluation in support of the company's complex semiconductor capital equipment while interacting closely with suppliers. The ideal candidate will play an active role managing projects and products relative to supplier manufacturing development, quality initiatives, supplier selection, problem solving as well as designing and conducting independent experiments and tests. Project management duties include working with cross-functional teams consisting of supply business management, engineering, manufacturing, field service and suppliers to provide feedback and requirements during part development through to production release. Candidates need to exhibit excellent problem solving skills: defining the problem, identify objectives, assessing risk, develop approach, analyze results and provide recommendations. Ideal candidate will direct and manage manufacturing process/quality implementation of required changes and modifications that include a variety of processes such as metal machining, ceramic production [자격요건] - Major 장비사, 반도체 supplier 관리 및 QA 경험, SCM경험, parts 관리/sourcing 경험자 우대 - 대리말~ 차장 (5년~12년) - 영어 speaking / writing 능숙하신 분 (미국 본사와의  communication이 많음)
