Finance FP&R Analyst (Finance Planning & Reporting Analyst) 1. 소속 및 부서 : Finance / North Asia FP&R 2. 팀 구성     - North Asia FP&R Manager (해당 포지션의 직속 관리자)  및 BPM Analyst 4명이 아래 있고 각각 BPM (Business Performance Management) / Supply Finance / Japan BPM 담당 등 각자 Role을 담당하고 있습니다.   3. Job  Korea Supply cost (COGS and manufacturing cost for plant, located in Korea) planning and reporting process -  Monthly COGS forecasting and actual analysis -  Risk and Opportunity reporting for COGS -  Drive cost management and efficiency discussion with counter parties (Supply Function) -  Ownership for COGS annual planning process -    Support Finance Director and Supply Director for Decision making    Financial performance Consolidation and Reporting (North Asia) process -  Consolidating 3 entities (1 in Korea, and 2 in Japan) and reporting to the global -  Support FP&R manager for monthly reporting and annual planning process   Support and provide instructions to 2 joint ventures in Japan in terms of financial reporting and performance management   4. Qualifications & Experience -  Education and basic requirement : Bachelor and KICPA/MBA preferred -  Knowledge & Skill   Strong knowledge and skill for cost accounting and planning process   Working experience in SAP(FI and CO module) preferred   Good at Excel & Power Point and Fluent in English   Strong leadership to influence people for driving performance agenda or change, and determination to constantly deliver excellent performance -  Experience : 8 to 10 years total working experience and minimum 2 years cost planning related experience 근무지: 역삼동, 강남파이낸스센터
